Uninstalling the Vault Client breaks Internet Explorer

Symptoms – After uninstalling the Vault Client, Internet Explorer will not print a web page, search (Ctrl + F) a web page, or open documents in a new window. If you re-install the Vault Client this behavior in IE goes away.

This issue seems to affect IE 6.0.2.XXX users.

To ensure that uninstalling the Vault Client does not break IE, make sure IE is up to date before uninstalling the Vault Client.
