Vault Client (3.1.8) - Folder Structure FOOBAR

Post by jakana » Thu May 25, 2006 2:27 pm

We are using the Vault client on several workstations, but recently one client went haywire (it was working normally). Now, when you login on this workstation you get the following folder structure (see second attachment).

Using exactly the same credentials on any other client/workstation, you get the correct folder structure (see first attachment).

Any clue what might have caused this and what I can do to fix it?

Thanks!

No idea what could have caused this, but probably clearing out the repository cache will clear the problem up.

See http://support.sourcegear.com/viewtopic.php?t=6 for the KB article on client side cache files. You probably want to delete the CacheMember_Repository and CacheMember_LastStructureGetTime files and then re-invoke the client.
