We are using Vault 3.1.8.
When we add a new user the user is not able to access any files. The error recieved by the user is: You have no rights to view any items in this repository.
They have rights to the repository and are members of a group that has permissions as well.
Any idea how i can troubleshoot what is going on?

How many users do you have active versus how many licenses?
You may have a conflict in permissions going on. Go into your Admin tool. Select the Repositories tab, select the problem repository and click Properties. Check and see if Folder Security is turn on or not. If it's on, check on the next tab that the user has access.
Then go to the Folder Security tab. Check and see if the user has access there. If a user doesn't have rights, then adding them to a group won't override that.
