Steps to replicate:
1) Log in
2) Click Item Tracking
3) Click on any Saved Query - the query results then appear
4) Click Home - THIS JUMPS TO QUERY PAGE NOT HOME
The saved queries drop down is empty and the list of saved queries on the right hand side menu 'Saved Queries' is empty.
Clicking Home again takes me to Projects At-A-Glance with projects listed in non-alphabetic order.
Saved Queries Disappearing

On the missing queries, are you on the page that you initially create the query on?
If I select a project and then create my query and save that query, then that query only appears in the list when I have clicked that same project, but won't appear in any other pages.
On seeing the query page instead of home, I reproduced it only when I was using a query that spanned all projects. When I went into a particular project, selected a saved query, then clicked Home, I returned to the home page. Either way, I will log a bug on that. Thanks for the report.
