According to our IT department
Below is what the key file looks like. It has been so long time since I set it up but I am guessing that I just put in the username and the SOS Server IP address. The name of the key file is your username.
Username:buckv
Server:131167013012
Key-Format:1
Expires:Never Expires
Key:0xd9423cf428a691fc7b89b3454084b4ed
Hash:0xf059f4a0ea9aa591f22afb6269071806"
I have attached the key for reference.

131.167.013.012 doesn't look like an external IP address. Do you have an external IP address for that server? What do the users enter when they are trying to connect to SOS?
