How to display obliterable items including subfolders?

Post by Tri » Thu Jul 24, 2008 9:44 am

Hi,

Testing Vault Server 4.12 currently. I would like to clean up some project folders by obliterating deteled items.

The Web Admin only allow to see items directly within the folder. Each time I need to check EACH of the items to obliterate. It is quite time consuming to walk through to all subfolders and check the "Delete" checkbox each time.

Assuming I accept the risk of obliterating the deleted files permanently. Is there any "quick" options to help selecting the items faster?

- Select All button
- Checkbox to scan deleted items including all subfolders

Thanks in advance.

You can try the Advanced Obliterate Power Toy:

Note: If you think you might ever want to export folders from the repository we recommend you do not obliterate. Obliterate removes items and their history, so the Export/Import tool can not successfully export.
