Does the steps (Defrag & Rebuild Indices) listed in http://support.sourcegear.com/viewtopic ... ces#p10801 still works for Fortress Database?

As far as I know currently, those should be fine. You would need to replace sgvault with sgmaster and sgdragnet respectively. Make sure you make a backup before performing that function. I don't think it was tested with Fortress.

With the one minor edit I just made (changing pk_tbl% to pk_%), all the scripts should be applicable to sgvault, sgdragnet, and sgmaster.
