I get ...

Are you successfully getting the files?

Also, is any error logged in the SOS log file? That is found in C:\Program Files\Sourceoffsite server and is called log.txt.

Ok, while we're waiting for the log, could you try the get with the -nocompress option?

Also, are you able to get that label from the GUI client?

I dont know how to get a project based on a label from the gui client. I am able to get individual files. If you could tell me how to get a project based on a label in the GUI i would appreciate it.
The nocompress option didnt make a difference

Select the folder the label was applied at or a parent folder, then use the function Show History. If you don't see your label in history, try using the recursive switch, or go up a level to a parent folder and use the recursive switch. Once you see the label in history, you can perform a Get on it.

Is there a setting in SOS that allows you to do a get in the project histoy. The "History of XXX" Dialog has a get button but when I Open the history for a project the Get button is always disabled and it doesnt matter wich item i choose in the list box the button remains disabled. When I look at the history of a file the get button is enabled when I select a historical version. I wonder if the get button was disabled to avoid the problem im having with the get of the project by label.

Is everyone using the command line client, or is this both traffic from the SOS GUI client and the command-line client? With disconnects like this I think we should set aside the command line client and work on the GUI first. I think taking a closer look will help as well.

Could you send an email to support at sourcegear.com (attn: Beth) with a link to this forum thread?

It seems to me that Error Num=13 happens when it is trying to replace a file that has been left open/in use by another process that hasn't closed correctly. In other words, the file that SOS is trying to replace is blocked by another application.

This was just recently resolved. Sorry I hadn't posted the solution yet. What was found was that the UAC on Vista was preventing access to something that was needed. I'm not sure exactly what, but disabling the UAC allowed the command line client to work properly. This issue didn't turn up on XP nor Windows 2003 server.
