Item tracking is unstyled

I moved Vault to a new server a while but I have never accessed the Item Tracking until today. When I did, the page displayed as if no styles had been applied to it. I've attached a screen capture of the page.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled the server components and there has been no change. Please let me know what I should do to resolve this.

On the Vault Server, you need to have Static Content installed. It's one of the Windows features that's under IIS.

Static Content was already installed. Perhaps I should have clarified that the source code control and admin sections display normally.

I also receive the following message when the Vault Client connects to the server:

The Vault server could not be contacted to perform the operation. Your network connection to the server may have been interrupted. Please verify your network settings using the Options dialog under the Tools menu in the Vault GUI Client.The request failed with the error message:

Can you try opening a browser right on the web server? If so, then try the following URLs:

http://localhost/vaultpro/dragnetwebservice.asmx
http://<Vault server name>/vaultpro/dragnetwebservice.asmx
http://<Vault server IP>/vaultpro/dragnetwebservice.asmx

Do any of those bring up the web service page with formatting?

If you go to your Item Tracking page in the browser right on the web server, using localhost in the URL, do you see formatting?
