Shadow Option Missing On Admin Panel

I have recently been doing some brain surgery on my server - and just noticed that the shadow option has gone AWOL on my vault admin site. All of the other options are there and working so I must have done something to clobber the shadow option.

Suggestions about what to check would be very welcome.

Can you please provide us with additional details? Does the Shadow Folder plugin not appear within your Vault Admin Tool under the Vault Plugins section? Or does it exist and its inactive or simply doesn't work?

It isn't listed in the Admin list of plug-ins, and the servers Services app doesn't list it.

Thank you for the confirmation. It sounds like the plugin doesn't exist and needs to be added. I have copied below the Vault Plugin help information that will assist you in setting up the Shadow Folder feature:

Once the plugin has been added, please let me know if you experience an issue and it doesn't appear to be working.
