There is likely something that isn't quite right in your web.config files. We'd need to do some more investigating and have you send over your Vault Server web.config file to support@sourcegear.com.

Please note that your organization does not have maintenance and in order to continue for us to troubleshoot this issue, you will need to renew it. If you are interested, please email sales@sourcegear.com and they can assist you with the purchase.

Yes, I missed 2 of the web.config files, and therefore the SQL user got locked.

Can you please send your Vault Server log to support@sourcegear.com? It doesn't appear to be uploading to the forum. We'd also like to see your web.config file.
