Vault Pro Installation

We are trying Vault Pro. before we place an order. Is there way vault pro may support corporate ms exchange server instead SMTP? Also any suggestions on importing SVN database to vault pro?

Any email server is fine. They all have an smtp address, unless specifically configured not to, but then you would be using some other smtp service for your work email. Check with your IT department for the address, or you can usually find it in your email client.

We don't currently have an import tool to move data from SVN to Vault Pro. You will want to perform a Get from SVN and then use a Vault client to add that to Vault.

If you are using Visual Studio integration, then you can open the solution in VS, unbind it, change your SCC provider to Vault (Tools - Options - Source Control - Plug-in), and then add the solution to Vault through VS.

Could you please clarify what "Additionally, Vault Pro now has built-in integration with Axosoft's OnTime defect tracking" means? In the User Guide it says Axosoft OnTime server need be installed. What about "working item" tracking?

Vault Pro has both it's own item tracking and the ability to integrate with Axosoft's Ontime. You can use one or the other, or both.

I have tried to install the 32 bit version 5.1.1 and it will not
install as it still sees remnants of the old install and fails. The old
software was completely uninstalled by using the uninstaller though the control panel. Can you send me directions on how to manually uninstall (clean files and registry) ?

We tried to install the 64 bit version before but had the following error message;
Could not load file or assembly 'Dragnet, Version=5.1.1.19216, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies. An attempt was made to load a program with an incorrect format.

So we uninstalled the 64 bit version and are now trying to install the 32 bit version
