Can't get updated Vault client in Eclipse

The issue, sometimes observed on machines that previously had Vault integrated with Eclipse, is the URL bringing up an older version of Vault. The previous URL is cached somewhere and needs to be cleared out.

The options for resolution are:

    1) Go to Internet Explorer and clear out all history and cached information. Then reopen Eclipse and the URL should bring up the correct client.
