Work Item Tracking -- attaching multiple files

If I attempt to attach multiple files to a work item at once (via the web client), like this:

After I click Add, it's very random seeming as to which files are attached to the work item:

I don't know that I've ever gotten ALL of the attachments at once. The workaround is to only attach a single file at a time.

Hello,

Thank you for the screenshots. They are helpful. I have a few questions for you:

1) What version of Vault are you using?
2) What browser are you using?
3) Do the files happen to be large?
4) Does the issue only occur in the web client and not the GUI client?
5) You can get the remaining files eventually added but you have to add them seprately?

Hi Tonya,

1) We are using Vault 10.0.2.30936.
2) Browser is Microsoft Edge.
3) The files are not large.
4) Good question. I don't know, we don't use the GUI client for Work Items.
5) Yes, I can add all items if I add them separately.

I wanted to let you know that we have been able to reproduce the issue. I have a bug logged to get this resolved in the next release. Sorry about the inconvenience.

Unfortunately, I do not have one at this time. But I have referenced this post in the work item so I will make sure to update this thread when it becomes available.
