Error during Checkin

Hello,

i got problems while checkin source files:
"Could not find file 'D:\Development\CSharp\CSharpProjects\DataScan.newsweb.mobile\DataScan.mobileServer\wwwroot\css\mobileplus-dark - Kopie.css'."

But the file isn't present in my local file system, how can i solve this?
Also i have further issues with files in _sgbak folder.
The extension wants to check-in this files too, why?

I am check-in with VS-Extension using VisualStudio 2022

Hi Thomas,

Can you please send your Vault Server log to support@sourcegear.com for us to review? The Vault Server log is in %windir%\temp\sgvault\sgvault.log on the server machine.

Hello Tonya,

there is no file at this location.
After i set Loglevel=Debug and try to check in files the sgvault.log were created
i send you both vaultnotifiyservice.log from %windir%\temp\sgvaultnotify

Hello again,

When you attempted to create the Vault Server log and checked in the file, did you receive an error? There is nothing logged in your server log file. Can you send us a screenshot of the error you are receiving? Followed by step by step instructions to recreate the problem.

Hello Tonya,

i normaly want to check-in my files via VS-Extension using VS-2022 and got an error about missing file (see vault_scr2.jpg) wich were deleted manually by me before.
Also is it suspect that vault wants to check-in the complete _sgbak folder (see vault_scr.jpg) but this is part of source control isnt it !?!
The log shows nothing unusual to me.

Hello again,

Can you undo the checkin for the missing file from your Pending Changeset dialog? I would suggest doing the same for the sgbak folder.

Do you know how the sgbak folder was invoked to be checked in by VS? My suggestion is to indicate that the folder be excluded.

Hello,

i cannot undo check-in for missing files because the files are deleted from working folder and no more visible in my vault client.
how can i remove/exclude this files from source control?

Are you wanting to checkin the file "mobileplus-dark - Kopie.css'"? If not, remove the checkin from your pending changeset dialog.

Folder Exclusion can be found in the Vault Admin Tool. I have coped below more information on regards to this feature:
