Commit Dialog -- small request with tab order

When checking in files, the Change Set Comment text box has the focus when the dialog opens. This is probably the best starting place. However, it's wacky that tabbing from there goes to the OK button, skipping the next logical item which is the Update bugs textbox. Could you either change the tab order, or perhaps move the Update Bugs textbox so that it still flows in logical tab order but leaves the Change Set Comment box directly before the OK button -- I'm sure many people like them next to one another!
